📯 Aurélien, could you tell us about your role?

I am an Executive Search Consultant, reporting directly to Thierry Kling. My focus primarily spans across the Construction, Manufacturing and Retail and FMCG industries. However, my expertise extends beyond these realms. Specifically, I am dedicated to cultivating business opportunities within the Val d’Oise (ed: regional department bordering Paris), that I particularly know.

🎈 What motivated you to join Mind Partners?

For the challenge! Throughout my professional journey, the common thread has been the desire to help grow local economic players: the growth dynamic of people and companies is a driving force for me.
On top of that, my own recruitment process was so unique that I felt immediately aligned with the company’s vision and values: I was seeking a demanding, committed, caring, quality-oriented environment, coupled with the freedom to foster genuine connections between clients and candidates. And I found it!

I am genuinely thrilled to be here!
In a world grappling with monumental challenges, I acknowledge that certain stakeholders, clients or candidates, may feel neglected due to geographical or business constraints. However, Mind Partners’ proactive approach, demonstrated by the launch of Mind Partners North America, coupled with our bespoke strategies, equips us to tackle issues with insight and finesse. This fills me with great satisfaction.

Furthermore, I feel we have great opportunities thanks to our manager being receptive to his team and open-minded. I am eager to contribute to the firm’s aspirations of becoming the epitome of excellence for SMEs and SMIs, not just in France and abroad, but in Cergy especially, the most vibrant city of Val d’Oise 😊 —a prospect that fills me with optimism and enthusiasm 🚀.
