    We’re #hiring a new Business Development Manager – Aesthetic and medical devices in Wiltshire, England.

    Mind Partners UK is a boutique Executive Search firm with offices in London and Paris. We are now partnering with LPG Systems a leading international non-invasive devices skincare group in the search for their Business Development Manager for the South West area.

    LPG Systems designs and distributes non-invasive devices used by aesthetic and medical professionals for body shaping, facial rejuvenation and medical applications such as burn treatment and scar reduction. Firstly created and set-up in France, their European success is tremendous and their development plan ambitious, exciting and inline with customers demand for their products.

    Today LPG Systems has 7 subsidiaries: Italy, Spain, Belgium, Germany, China and the UK since 2021.

    We are now looking to recruit a Business Development Manager/Cosmetics Devices/South West to be the face of LPG in the UK and to grow presence and market shares.

    As the leading expert in non-invasive devices in the UK in Aesthetic and Medical sector.

    You will report directly to the UK Managing Director.

    Requirements

    As LPG Business Development Manager and brand Ambassador, your role will be to develop a business development plan to target beauty and medical aesthetics professionals, meet potential clients and close deals. You will be working with an installer who will set-up the machine at your clients, and a trainer who will train the client.

    ROLE:

    • Qualifying prospective clients and booking appointments
    • Pursuing walk ins with potential clients if an opportunity arises
    • Organising demos on existing clients’ sites to new potential clients
    • Presenting consumables and upselling when possible
    • Proposing training and ways to finance the product
    • Answering technical and practical questions, helping with after-sales when necessary
    • Processing orders and liaising with the delivery company which is also in charge of setting up the product.
    • Keeping the CRM updated
    • Participating in conferences, seminars and professional trade fairs

    PROFILE:

    • Previous experience in B2B sales, ideally in the beauty industry
    • Experience in generating leads and reaching targets
    • Previous cold calling experience
    • Strong communication including objection handling
    • Excellent presentation
    • Previous experience in selling financial services will be a plus
    • Strong interests in health and beauty
    • Self-starter with outgoing personality
    • Clean driving licence
