Managing Director

Mind Partners is now partnering with Winback Group to appoint their Managing Director UK&I, based in Ascot, South West of London.

Founded in 2013, Winback is a fast-growing French MedTech company (35% annual growth), recognised as a leader in the rehab industry with innovative, non-invasive medical technologies such as TECAR therapy and cryotherapy. The company operates globally.

Winback has offices in 7 countries, including one in Ascot, UK.

Their solutions serve various segments: physiotherapy (rehabilitation, sports, women’s health), orthopaedics, aesthetics and veterinary.

Winback supports its clients with a strong Training Academy, offering programs from initial to expert level, clinical protocols, and a digital e-learning platform.

𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗠𝗜𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦

As Managing Director UK, you will be responsible for the strategic, operational, and commercial development of the UK market.

You will report directly to the group CEO based in France.

Your Key duties will include:

• Define and execute Winback’s growth strategy in the UK
• Manage and lead local teams (a 12-person team : sales, marketing, support)
• Drive the UK P&L and meet revenue and profitability targets
• Represent the brand and strengthen our presence with healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, and distributors
• Build and maintain key strategic partnerships
• Ensure local actions are aligned with the group’s global vision
• Collaborate closely with headquarters and US Office Manager
• Ensure compliance with UK regulations (medical, commercial, HR).

𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦

• Proven experience in a senior management role (commercial or general), ideally in MedTech, rehabilitation, healthcare, or esthetics
• Strong strategic thinking and hands-on operational capabilities
• Recognised leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• In-depth knowledge of the UK healthcare market
• Fluent in English (French is a plus)
• Results-oriented, autonomous, adaptable, entrepreneurial mindset.

Excellent basic annual remuneration + car allowance + bonus.
