ARKANCE was established in 2018 with a vision to become a leading partner in digitalising the construction and manufacturing sectors.

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to oversee HR operations and ensure high-quality service to internal customers. In this role, you will manage daily HR tasks, implement HR strategies, and ensure compliance with legal and transactional activities.

𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗠𝗜𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦

The key responsibilities include:

• collaborating on HR strategy and supporting a leadership culture,
• managing the HR budget and ensuring functional guidelines are met,
• ensuring legal compliance and managing local Works Council relations,
• overseeing talent management, recruitment, and performance processes,
• handling HR marketing, internal communication, and compensation & benefits,
• driving learning & development and transformation initiatives,
• ensuring compliance with group policies and legal HR requirements.

𝗘𝗗𝗨𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡, 𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗦𝗞𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗦

You will contribute to a positive employee experience and support the strategic goals of our organisation.

🎒 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR or a related field.

🥼 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀: Excellent people management and communication skills and ability to act as a change agent.

🤹🏽 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 of country market dynamics and labor regulations.
